All returns must be authorized by Taylor Healthcare Products prior to receipt. Product must be returned within 90 calendar days of date received. Authorizations are valid for 14 calendar days if approved. Arrangements may be made through Customer Support at (281) 296-0401 or by emailing orders@taylorhealthcare.com. Unauthorized returns are subject to additional charges and/or restocking fees without credit being issued back to the customer. This policy applies to all customers unless superseded by terms of agreement specifying a return goods policy.
After obtaining authorization to return the respective product, the Taylor Team will relay shipping instructions based on the discussed return agreement. Do not ship product back to Taylor Healthcare Products without written consent. Customers who return without authorization may be subject to additional charges and/or restocking fees without credit to their account. Responsibility will remain in effect to pay the invoice associated with the unauthorized returned goods in full within the terms of agreement.
Taylor Healthcare’s policy to accept returned goods is determined on a case-by-case basis. Defective and non-defective products may fall within our return policy parameters, provided the customer has obtained prior authorization from Taylor Healthcare Products. Non-defective products are required to be unused, in salable condition and suitable for restocking, in which the customer will incur a restocking fee. Freight and restocking fees may apply as noted in the Restocking Fee Timeline listed below but is ultimately at the discretion of Taylor Healthcare. Product must be returned within 90 calendar days of date received by customer. The following conditions may not be considered for return.
Authorized returns do not guarantee credit to the customer’s account. Credit issuance is dependent on a confirmed receipt and a thorough review of the product in question. Credit is subject to the other terms of Taylor Healthcare Products’ return goods policy.
Customers are required to account for the entire shipment prior to acceptance of the delivery from the carrier. All damages, shortages or overages must be noted on the carrier’s freight bill or bill of lading and be countersigned by the customer. The damaged packages must remain in the original boxes in the event an inspection is required by the transportation company. The customer must notify Taylor Healthcare of any damages, shortages or overages within 2 business days of [attempted] delivery, otherwise Taylor Healthcare may not be obligated to issue credit or arrange product replacement. Credit issuance is dependent on a confirmed receipt, thorough review of the product in question, and ultimately at the discretion of Taylor Healthcare. The Taylor Team will arrange a pickup by our preferred carrier at Taylor Healthcare’s expense and the customer’s account will be fully credited, provided the error has been reported within 2 business days of delivery. Credit issuance is dependent on a confirmed receipt, thorough review of the product in question, and ultimately at the discretion of Taylor Healthcare. Properly noted defective product or product that that was received in a damaged condition as the direct result of a Taylor Healthcare error may be returned at Taylor Healthcare’s expense for a full credit towards the customer’s account. The customer must notify Taylor Healthcare of any defective product within 90 calendar days of delivery. The customer must notify Taylor Healthcare of any damaged-upon-receipt product within 2 business days of [attempted] delivery. If these conditions are not met, Taylor Healthcare may not be obligated to issue credit or arrange product replacement. Credit issuance is dependent on a confirmed receipt, thorough review of the product in question, and ultimately at the discretion of Taylor Healthcare. Products that meet the standards of this policy are subject to the other terms of Taylor Healthcare Products’ return goods policy. Authorized returns are valid for 14 calendar days if approved.
